CONGRATULATIONS to our 19 FLYING CIRCUS Boys and Girls qualifying for next week’s NEW YORK STATE POLE VAULT FINALS at the University of Albany. This group is deep on performance and experience and have added some bright new young ‘Rising-Stars’ to feel the joy and excitement of the Ultimate High School Dream…” The STATE FINALS”. The Boys are scheduled for Firday June 12 at 12 Noon … with the Girls Vault to follow at 3:30pm at the brand new State of the Art Track Facility at the University of Albany. There are 9 Club Boys and 10 Club Girls representing their High School programs……join us at the pole vault pit and CATCH-the-SPIRIT all day long !!!!

June 7 …………. JULIA VALENTI(North Reading,MASS) WINS MASSACHUSETTS OPEN STATE VAULT TITLE !!! The junior pole vault/hurdle champion…JULIA VALENTI of North Reading,MASS won her first Open State Pole Vault on Saturday at Fitchburg State University…with her 11′ 9″ jump for gold… This goes along with her 3 State Class(Large School) Vault Championships …as she heads to NB Nationals on June 19-21 in Greensboro. Julia is the daughter of Steve and Sandra Valenti of North Reading,MASS.
Section 2 Champs @ UALBANY…. There was some great vaulting and friendship at the Section 2 State Qual meet on Friday at the State Meet site…with Bethlehem junior Tedi DeMaria flying 11′ 9″ again for the gold…and Junior Kalli Manly(Burnt-Hills) taking silver at 11′ 0″ to advance to state…In Division II(Small Schools).. Renssalaer-Doane standout Muarin O’Conor… won the vault at 9′ 3″ to punch her ticket to state finals…. Fonda-Fulton,NY junior Ben Vardai-Davidson finished off his sensational multi-event season with his 11′ 9″ sail at the pole vault pit!!!
