    “CIRCUS HOMER” is ready to greet you @ FLYING CIRCUS POLE VAULT CAMPS !!!!

    The Boys 2 Day Flying Circus Pole Vault Camp opens tomorrow July 13 and everyone is excited to learn more about the” WORLD”S GREATEST EVENT”. The Girls 2 Day Flying Circus Pole Vault Camp opens Thursday July 16 also at The Warwick Center. The Staff is the best ever..the college councilors are enthusiastic and the athletes are ..Ready-To-Fly !!!

    There will be a rest and recovery day on Wednesday July 15 and the Vault Barn will be CLOSED that day.

    Saturday July 18th is the “Celebration of Pole Vault Meet and BBQ at the Barn…and it’s going to be a ‘happening’…EVERYONE IS INVITED… Girls Competition at 10AM Boys at 2PM …BBQ at 2-4PM Steel Pole Exhibition at 5PM.. Bring your spikes…Drinks and Talent for a most exciting day…Rain or Shine!!!!!!

    Camp Councilors report at 3PM each Day for final instructions and assignments. Camper arrive at 3:30pm Program begins at 4:01pm-8:01pm each day. Each camper should bring spikes and PLENTY of DRINKS…..

    Our Camps are SOLD OUT for the 8th Straight Year and we thank all parents for sending your children to us this summer.

    CALLING ALL POLE VAULTERS…ALL ALUMNI and ALL MASTER VAULTERS…. You are invited to” Celebrate Pole Vault” at our FLYING CIRCUS Pole Vault Meet and BBQ on Saturday July 18th…Rain or Shine in The Warwick Center for Pole Vault Development !!! It is a pure Pole Vault Day…with activities for the entire family….. Bring the kids… grab the lawn chair and blanket…and have some fun in an entertaining summer day in the country. Girls Vaulters…ALL DIVISIONS begin at 10:01AM with 3 Pits of Competition in ability grouping sections…Middle School..High School..College/Open…Masters Divisions all day… The Boys/Men take the stage at 2PM with 3 pits of vaulting to go along with the loud music and half-true vaulting stories… The BBQ kicks up at 2:01-4:01Pm on site..Cost is just $20 per individual…(athletes in the meet attend BBQ FREE!!!)…..
    …at 5:01pm..the real competition starts up with the old-time…Steel Vaulting Pole Competition for Men and Women…with prizes to the highest human Male and Female. Can former University of Alabama Decathlon star Rich Beattie really clear 9 feet on this day in hometown Warwick!!! Featured in today photo is the Reverend Bob Richards winning the Millrose Games in Madison Square Garden on his Steel Pole and Sawdust Pit…. It will be FUN!!!!

    Circus News…. Congratulations to Tampa Catholic,Florida NIKKI CARROLL for being named the Jr. Sullivan Award winner in Florida last week. Nikki will be a Camp councilor at Circus on Thursday and Friday and will compete on Saturday in Girls HS Vault @ The Barn!!!
    …Congratulations to Megan Jamerson…the former UCLA Pole Vault Champion for taking the National Club Championship today at Icahn ,NYC with her 13′ 1.5″ sail for gold. This NYU Grad student in journalism is not thru yet in the vault. Marisa Robbins placed silver at 11′ 8″.
    …The BIG RESULT can from our “Belgium Flash”..Coach Ben Simonet of the Flyin’ Circus. Ben soared 15′ 1″ today for a seasonal best and will instruct at Circis Camps this week. He is the favorite in the Steel Pole Meet next Saturday. Ben is coached by Will Nesbitt and heads to France for the World Masters Championships soon!!!
