BREAKING NEWS —— Congratulations to Northern Valley-Demaresy,NJ Pole Vaulter….SYDNEY WOODS for shattering her School and Bergen County All Time Pole Vault Record … with her clear sail over 13′ .75″ tonight at the Spiked Shoe Holiday Festival in The Armory. Coming off her sensational State Championship Volleyball season this fall in super fitness shape….she blasted her eight step approach to enter the 13 Foot Girls High School Club. Coached by Mikes Ives… Sydney has been dedicated in her training the past four years and will enter UPENN next fall to join the Ivy League Womens Championship Track & Field program. Sydney moves up to USA#2 Performance and #6 All Time Performance at FLYING CIRCUS POLE VAULT!! She is the proud daughter of Kristie and Tim Woods of Demarest, New Jersey.
