Flying Circus News Report….. MEETS are COMING!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Circus Vaulters……               

Just 2 more weeks. and. we are off to the races !!!!!    You are all ready to take it  up…..  may your final two weeks are filled. with confidence. and final grips.. pole runs.  Record. all start marks. in notebooks for. 6- 7- 8 step approaches. this week.       



* Compression. socks in practice and in meets help. with stabilization of the athlete on the runway and take-off.  and prevents shin injury. ..Also increases circulation for a faster recovery phase.  be smart in this pole vault game.       

* We will start to learn and practice. the meet warm-up routines  on Sunday, December 4 week       
*Sign Up Link for registration in our  Circus Holiday Meets (December 27-28-29). in the Barn are on our website (www,hvflyingcircus.com).  You will jump high in your own training facility.. Sign Up Today!!!!

        * Winter #1  Vault Training Package. ends on December 22.  Winter #2 Training Package. begins on January 2. We will miss the 16 athletes leaving Winter #1. and. we will celebrate. the new. 16 athletes taking the Vault Barn by storm!!!!       

*  There is no class on Wednesday. December 21. The entire staff will be. at Armory Section 9 Classic. with 30 of our vaulters. Mark your calendar on the Barn Closed. that day. It will be made up in February.

        * We ONLY RENT UCS and ALTIS  Vaulting Poles here at Flying Circus.  We do sell ESSX Vaulting Poles here with Bob Sorensen.. Better order fast if. you need poles.  for indoor… Bob at.  bsoren29@optonline.net
