WE ARE RAISING THE BAR @ FLYING CIRCUS…. CONGRATULATIONS to all our 117 Circus Pole Vaulters this past week. The competition performances are improving fast in all three groups(Beginner-Intermediate-Elite) and our SUPER SUNDAY OPEN SESSIONS are filled with motivated young athletes filled with the pole vault spirit. It’s now time for the Championship season to begin. Keep pushing yourself in training and start to add an hour more sleep per night for complete recovery.

BREAKING HIGHLIGHTS ….. Union Catholic,NJ junior ..Conor Reilly is back pushing the bar up…with his 15′ 3′ leap at the Union County Championships and continues to chase his school record of 16′ 0″ set by Andy Ghizzone in 2014. Washingtonville,NY junior..Nick Mirecki set a new PR at the Loucks Games in White Plains on Saturday with his 14′ 6 silver medal jump for Coach Stephanie Duffy ‘s Wizards. Sophomore…Louis Martinez of Wallkill,NY also set PR with his 14′ 5″ at the Middletown Invite. Friday Night at the Friendship Games in Warwick.. It was all Kaeli Thompson soaring 13′ 1″ at “Senior Night” for the Wildcats breaking the meet record of Megan Clark (O’Neill,NY) of 12′ 8″ from 2012.
