Our. first. 3 weeks.  have been filled. with basic drills..technique gains.  and run approach improvements.  We now.   will move. to phase. #2. and. start up. the. pole drop and tall plant mechanics before.  our  Armory Opening  Meet  on Friday Night… December 17.    ” HOLY- COW…BATMAN” …… Just 20 DAYS TO ARMORY MAGIC !!!!!!!!!!!!

    *******. Ask your High School  coach to enter you in the  FUN @ Coach Saint Invite. Meet Director Tim Fulton. announced. the  pole vault progressions. for  this small and condensed meet (.See below). The meet is open. to the first 30 High Schools. to enter. and we have. 25 schools already….  Enter Immediately if possible.  Girls Pole Vault  4:45pm.   Start 8′ 0″-9’3″-10’0″-10′ 6″. etc  Boys Pole Vault. 7:00pm.   Start 11′ 0″-12′ 3″-13′ 0″-13′ 6″ etc.

With meets. just around the corner, we will be renting UCS Spirit. and Altic Vaulting Poles to all athletes again this. winter.  Cost. $125. per pole. rental. for. the. 3 month indoor winter season. We do not. rent ESSX Vaulting Poles again this year. See Coach Bob Sorensen if. you need to  rent  some poles. this. winter.
