  It was. a.  super fun night. at The Nike Track & Field Center at The Armory on Friday night… with a packed house of  Pole Vault  “Nuts” enjoying the screaming and clapping encouragement on the runways.  and oval from the 20+ Flying Circus acrobats.Here is some of the scoop…Steve Borbet Invite (January 13)************************************* 

*The night kicked off with Susquehanna Community, PA. sprinter Tatum Norris cranking a. 7.21 win in the 55m dash… a new PR without blocks !!!! 

* Next up. was. the Girls Loaded. Pole Vault… with Circus teammates taking the first 8 spots. Leading the way. was Lily Beattie(Warwick Valley,NY) with 12′ 0″ gold.  and Emma Keating(Pompton Lakes,NJ). 12’0″ silver.  Next came Warwick Valley, NY) junior  Hannah Cann with her 11′ 6″PR . Weston,CT. state champ..Ellison Weiner. flew. 11′ 6″ for Coach Medve. and Warwick Valley, NY. Sophomore. Rachel Venter went Big over 11′ 0″. from her 8-step return.` Sophomore.  star Maddie Magliaro(Trinity, NYC) was solid. at 10′ 0″. ..Lillianna DeFelice (Cornwall).8′ 0″.. Isabella Centeno(Cornwall). was solid.   Taking the. gold medal in the club section.. was in Dunmore,PA. sensation…Maura  Michalczyk at 10′ 0″ for the Circus. 

* Here come. the Boys. Pole Vault.ers… with Freshman Luke Beattie(Warwick Valley, NY) blasting a. NEW  NEW YORK STATE All~Time  Freshman record. of 14′ 0″ !!!  On his. 14′ 7″  x 175 ESSX RECOIL. and a  Nike Nationals qualifier!!!  Derek Amlicke(Staples,CT). took Gold. at 14′ 0″… Lucas Williams (Ridgefield,CT). 14′ 0″. Ian Kearney(North Highlands,NJ) 13′ 6″…Sergio Talamo(Massapequa,NY)  11′ 0″..Anthony Roe(Warwick Valley, NY). solid. bars. at 11′ 0″. 

*Final. fun. came in the Girls 200m Dash…  with Binghamton University signee…Tatum Norris blasting the opening curve in Lane 5 and. showing her strength in the. final 50 meters. for the win in 25.60 for the SABERS of Susquehanna Community Track & Field. *.
