FLYIN’ CIRCUS……. COMFORT ZONE vs MAGIC ZONE

The Hudson Valley Flying Circus Pole Vault

” Where Opportunity Meets Potential”

Warwick, New York

Many pole vault athletes get stuck in the mental ‘Comfort Zone’ for far too long.   Championship pole vault athletes move up to the “Magic Zone’  that produces magic results. As we. start up our. next training Phase #2.. it.  will be. important to step up into practice situations that the athlete moves into the Uncomfortable Zone… called the “Magic Zone” for top-level performance and personal achievement.   Pole vault practice development requires you to step up mentally and GO FOR the MAGIC ZONE.
