The 40 dedicated. and extremely coachable. athletes soaked in the instruction of 10 teaching professional pole vault coaches both days and BIG IMPROVEMENTS and BIG KNOWLEDGE were that goals of. the camp. MISSION ACCOMPLISED. Lectures…Run postures….Clawing mechanics…Drills…Charts… Booklets…Stories….Watermellon…Vault Exibition..Apparatus….FUN!
