 GIRLS VAULT~MANIA~~~~ Recap   January 10, 2021

   The VAULT ARENA at Flying Circus  was buzzing  with  enthusiam  and  the Girls  were ready to take on the real bar at our GIRLS VAULT~MANIA meet today.  The  18 Girls was  organized…focused..groomed  and  solid  in supporting each other with clapping..cheering   and whistling.  Winter Club training is   paying off…as  7 New PR’s were set. as well  as  YouTube  Viewers   PR  at  271  people tuned  into  Greg Mirecki’s  YouTube  live streaming. during the  2 hour meet.

   The ultimate  prize of  a 20 oz. Bottle  of   Smooth lighting …. “JOE TEA” …. was presented  to 6 deserving  athletes  in 5 Grades  and  1 Open Division winner. Taking  the overall  prize  was   Monroe,NY  senior Alicia Johnson.  This  multi-event elite   jumper  and  elite gymnast for the  Crusaders of Monroe  sizzeled  over 2 personal bests  11′ 4″   and 11′ 8″  and  had  1 close bar at 12′ 1″ on her  13′ poles.  Top Open athletes  was Megan Biscoglio(Southington,CT) at 10′ 4….Top Junior Class Vaulters was Sophia Mirecki(Washingtonville,NY)  at 10′ 10″…Top Soph  Flyer  was  Ellison Weiner(Weston,CT)  at 10′ 4″ PR… Top  Freshman was Lily Beattie(Warwick Valley,NY) at 11′ 4″  and  Top Middle School Vaulter  was  Rachel Vente(Warwick Valley,NY)  at  10′ 4″ for the  Purple Wave.
