It’s already the middle of November…..and the Vault Prep Phase has taken off. Congratulations to all our Circus Club members in Winter#1 training and to all our athletes taking part in yesterday’s Armory Track Camp. Somehow…. our Winter Club of 93 young and aspiring athletes produced a super first week together in our Foundation Drill Program. Breaking the vault down into these small parts is the only way to learn our complex event. Keep the focus on the small drills… in the warm up phase…. the apparatus and small run vaulting stage as we go forward. Remember~~~ SMALL DRILLS = GIANT VAULTS.
