Jenn Suhr pole vaults in NYC’s Herald Square
History was made today at Herald Square in the Heart of New York City….. with the Adidas Grand Prix Pole Vault Gala…featuring champions galore!!! The packed venue was filled with vault nuts…lunch time business spectators and full time music blasting the enthusiastic crowd. IT WAS POLE VAULT…CENTER STAGE !!!!!
Olympic Vault Champion…JENN SUHR put on a show…with her 15′ 6″ winning jump into a strong headwind all day….. and USA National Junior Champion…Megan Clark (Duke University-Sophomore) flew high over 14′ 6″ for third place in this stellar International field… Megan had one close jump at 15′ 0″ and the crowd enjoyed her spirit….
