The sun was shinning today in Gainsville,Florida…as Tampa Catholic High School senior…NIKKI CARROLL broke the meet record at O’Connell Fieldhouse at the University of Florida..with a personal best of 13′ 0″. Using her 12′ 6″ x 125 ..from seven lefts…this speedy and dynamic gymnast moved the bar to 13′ 3″ to attempt Erica Sargent’s All Time State Pole Vault Record and had 2 close bars. Nikki is coached by Elite Coach Bobby Heck @ Pole Vault City,Florida. She has signed her letter of intent at the University of South Florida in Tampa and will be coached by the one and only Coach Don Marsh!!!
Nikki will be competing in the 108th NYRR MILLROSE GAMES on Thursday evening at the New Balance Armory Center… The complete field of 10 HS Girls and 9 HS Boys will be announced on Monday.
