The Hudson Valley Flying Circus Pole Vault Adventure

It was hot pole vaulting today in PA District 2 … as all athletes get ready for Monday’s District 2 Championships at Scranton’s Veterans Stadium. Pittston Area’s senior ABBY NORWILLO flew to a New School Outdoor Pole Vault Record..with her 13′ 0″ on her 13′ 3″ x 170 pole and close bars at 13′ 6″ on her 13′ 6″ series !!! She also popped a 17′ 4″ long jump win in her farewell High School meet at her home track. This UPENN bound multi-Event athlete has produced five great meets over the 13′ 0″ barrier !!!!! She will be traveling to NB Nationals in mid-June to complete an unbelievable scholastic track & field career.
Dani Heine …just a junior at Abington Heights has produced BIG POINTS for her undefeated team all year… including a 16′ 10″ long jump and today’s 12′ 0″ New Outdoor School Record for Coach Mike Ludka and Staff!!!! Dni was using her 13′ 1″ UCS Spirit 145 for her magic clear and came from 8 steps all day. Best friend.team mate Rachel Klein also produced a seasonal best for the Comets!!!! Dani will be traveling to NB Nationals with the Circus next month !!!!! Congratulations !!!!!
