The Future stopped in…. at Flying Circus Pole Vault Headquarters!!!!
The 51 multi-talented young athletes and coaches arrived on Saturday …from 5 different states …ranging from 5th graders to high school seniors to get their “Flying Lessons” on Fiberglass pole vaulting poles @ Flying Circus. The spirited and attentive group represents the growing interest in Track & Field’s most thrilling event….. POLE VAULT FLYING. Special thanks go out to our parents … volunteers and coaching staff for all their work in promoting our fiberglass kids and their dreams. “MAGIC HAPPENS” when humans VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME. CHEERS!!!!!
Our clinic today presented great content for Beginning and Intermediate pole vaulters to take back to their High School Programs. Drills… that transfer…. Warm Up Specificity…Volume Intensity…. Pole Drop Mechanics…Bio-Motor Running posture and angles…. and dedication routines for championship athletes. The development cycle and self-motivation culture were also highlighted all day. CONGRATULATIONS ALL and THANK YOU ALL FOR ATTENDING.
