The Fall Vaulting Practice Sessions are loaded…as 43 athletes took part in this weekends Open Instructional sessions and Private sessions here at Flying Circus Headquarters in scenic Warwick Valley,NY. to open the technique sessions from short run and learn the new drills for 2014-15 season. MONDAYS… Level 1(Beginners) & Level 2(Intermediate Vaulters)
Boys Group..5:30-7PM Girls Group 7-8:30PM

WEDNESDAYS Level 1- Level 2 & Level 3(Advanced Vaulters)
Boys Group..5:30-7PM Girls Group 7-8:30PM

FRIDAYS … Level 3 Vaulters ONLY
Boys 13′ 0″ & UP / Girls 11′ 0″ & UP
Boys Group 5:30-7PM Girls Group 7-8:30PM

SUNDAYS … Level 1 & Level Boys & Girls Co Ed Group 12:30-2PM
Level 3 Boys Group ONLY … 2-3:30PM (13’0″ & UP)
Level 3 Girls Group ONLY … 3:30-5PM(11′ 0″ & UP)
Cost… $30 per athlete AT-THE-DOOR ..USATF MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED
