Warwick Valley,NY senior pole vaulter .. TODD UCKERMARK…won the 27th RED RAIDER RELAYS Pole Vault today at North Rockland High School. Amid 37 degree temperatures… and with the overnight snow brushed back from the runway…the powerful Indoor State Champ flew a meet record of 15′ 9″ for Coach Potter’s Purple Wave Track Squad. Taking all his 12 total jumps in just 19 minutes…he broke Ryan Dalls(No.Rockland) and Mike Uhelsky(Monroe-Woodbury) meet record of 15′ 0″ from the early 1990’s!!! He had super close jumps at 16′ 1″ in his opening invitational meet.
Monroe-Woodbury,NY junior Samantha Beyar won her vault gold for Coach Chris Goodwin in the delayed morning vault section. On to warm weather…..
