  Dear Vaulters.@t Flying Circus….. Here are our 2022 Fall Training Sessions and the lints. for. you to pre register. We are limiting. each session to 10 athletes for the 90 minute session. The cost at the door will be $40per athlete.  These  are  Co-Ed sessions open to all  boys and girls. of all vaulting levels.  Warm up routines will be covered…apparatus segments…sand pit drills, as well as. short. run Fall technique instruction. It will provide a strong foundation. for the up-coming Winter Track and Field. seasons.  Please join us. when you can… Every Sunday…Monday and Wednesday till November  6.   Beginning Sept.11 thru Nov. 6  Sunday Session #1.  10:00am-11:30am.    Limit.  First 10 athletes to register   Sunday Session #2.  11:30am-1:00pm.      Limit   First 10 athletes to register
