     Welcome. to.  another fantastic week of Pole Vaulting happenings from all our   97 ~ vaulters.      Everyone.  is starting. to feel. the.  spring conditions improving.  and the results. are.  just about to explode.   Our 6 weeks of.  pre-season spring drills. are showing up in. every athlete.  and the.  emphasis. on solid drills foundation is your weapon in competition.    It’s. GO ~ TIME @ Flying Circus.

  North Pocono Twilight Meet~~~. Tatum Norris(Susquehanna Community,PA) WON ALL FOUR EVENTS  and scored. 40 BIG TEAM POINTS  for the Sabers… Ripping 12.32/100m….then. 17′ 5.5″ Lonh Jump School Record..then 25.22/ 200m.  the. 11′ 3″ Pole Vault gold…  Also flying. was Dunmore,PA. .. junior. Maura Michalczyk with an 11′ 3″. school record.  and 16’5 Hurdle PR in Midweek. meet. (Photo Above)

 New York Relays@ Icahan Stadium,NY ~~~~.  Warwick Valley,NY. Sophomore. Rachel Venter flew to the. gold medal plaque. with her 12′ 0″ first attempt clear. and close. bars. at a 12′ 4″ PR for Coach Kirt Thomas.   Circus mates took.  4 of the. next 5. spots… with. sprinters Lily Beattie. 11′ 6″.   Ella Galloway(Pine Bush) 11′ 0″  Grace Zagoria(Bx Science) 11′ 0″‘. Hannah Cann. 10′ 0″.  Zoe Levitt(Bx Science) 8′ 6″.   Lily. and Hannah also zipped. to gold on Friday. with. sprint legs on winning the Sprint Medley Relay.  Freshman Luke Beattie (Warwick Valley,NY) continues. to soar this outdoor. with his. 13′ 6″ runner~up pole vault. to Max Dicker(Bronxville,NY)  13′ 6’. Freshman Klaus Lindenau(Warwick Valley,NY). flew. 11′ 6″ for Coach Potter’s. Purple Wave Vault Crew.

Stillwater Rockin’ Relays, NY ~~~. Neil Howard III(Taconic Hills,NY)   is coming out of his 6-week training block.  and. was sensational in taking gold in  3 events on Saturday.  BLasting. 15′ 6″  school record pole vault.. leaping 22′ 8″ Long Jump.  and. then. a. super 400m Int.Hurdles in 54.5 School record!!! Neil Howard is ready. for Penn Relays. this Thursday!!!!

Goshen Meets. this week, NY~~~.  Monroe~Woodbury senior…Elizabeth Apostolico blasted. to gold last Saturday with. a. PR. 10′ 9″ sail before the meet was canceled with rain. Lily Ann DeFelice(C)  PR. at 10′ 0″. Stella Scherbak(MW) 9′ 9’Z. Reilly St.Lawrence. hit PR 10′ 0″. this past Wednesday for Coach Manzari… Faeryn Reilly (G) 7′ 6″ PR. Lily Noteboom(G) 8′ 0″. Red Raider Relays @ Spring Valley,NY ~~~. Olivia DeBellis. is back. This Suffern,NY. senior found.pole vault gold on Friday with 11′ 0″…followed. by Stella Scherbak(MW) 10′ 0″(8th Grade)… Lilyanne DeFelice(C). 10′ 0″  Elizabeth Apostolico(MW) 9′ 0″. Sadie Steiner(C) 8′ 6″. Anna Riskin(S) 8’_ 0″. Kate Anderson(PR) 7′ 6″.  Kennedy Leone(S) 6′ 6″.  The Boys winner. was. Monroe-Woodbury,NY. senior  Brian Chen. at a PR 11′ 6″. for Coach Glover. Gus Smith (S) 10′ 0″. Manny Rameriz(S)_ 9′ 6″. Charlie Hanus(C) 8′ 0″.

 Connecticut News~~~ Sophomore.  Jordan Carr(Joel Barlow,CT)  is. stepping up again… with her 11′ 0″. win on Saturday.   Kate Dowling(Pearl River,NY).  PR 9′ 0″. this past week. for the Lady Pirates.
  NEW TRINITY POLE VAULT RECORD~~~~. Yes.. it’s. true…… Sophomore. sensation. Maddie Magliaro from Trinity  School, NYC… smashed. her. school  outdoor  pole vault record with 11′ 0″  on Tuesday and. very close. at 11′ 7″ National standard. Maddie. is. coached. by Bob Sorensen.   John Jay-EF, NY. Junior… Maia Perillo is making her charge.. with  a. big 11′ 0″ sail. and. close at 11′ 7″ this week from just her. 6.  step.. She  will take it to seven.  next week.
